Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
- All orders are processed immediately upon confirmation and cannot be cancelled, changed, returned at any time.
- We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons related to personal preferences, colour variations, or minor imperfections that come with handcrafted products.
- Refunds are processed as store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
- Store credits are valid up to 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.
- Any discounted/sale products are not eligible for exchange/return/store credit.
- We are unable to offer refunds/store credit if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address/contact details, multiple attempts to reach you or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
Clothing Returns/Exchanges
- We only provide size exchanges. We do not provide returns and refunds.
- If you have received a defective product, share order details along with images at team@calling.website within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will resolve any issues within 1-2 business days.
Size Exchange Process
- To initiate a size exchange, please share the order number and exchange details on team@calling.website within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Please note that the piece must be unused, unwashed, free of odour and intact in the package with all the labels and tags.
- All returns/exchange shipping charges to our warehouse are to be borne by the customer. (Unless the order received is damaged /defective /incorrect). On delivering your replacement, we will cover shipping charges.
- Once the exchange is confirmed by our team, we will arrange for a pickup.
- Once we receive the product at our warehouse, it will go through a quality check by our team and will be further approved/declined for exchange.
- The new product will be dispatched within 48 hrs of receiving the previous product.
- For all exchanges, we reserve the right to accept or decline your exchange request. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We unfortunately will not be able to entertain emails or images sent over 2 days after delivery. Items that are damaged or used will not be accepted. We request you to ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original unused condition and packaging with its original documents including tags, order invoice, etc.
- Exchange can be made on the same product for a new size only once.
- Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue a store credit. The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Only authorised returns/exchanges will be processed. Any unauthorised returns will be refused, and the customer must arrange for collection of their items.
Please Note -
- Each piece designed and shipped by us undergoes a thorough quality check before it is sent out to you. We have made an effort to show the colours of the items as close to reality as possible. However, the colour that appears on the screen of your device may be subject to variations. Due to this, there may be a 5-10% difference in the colour of the item on the screen vs the actual item. Additionally, the characteristics of the natural materials used may present variations in texture and colour. These variations will not be considered defects.
- To avoid a situation where the need for return/exchange arises, we urge you to check the product details and size guide that we have carefully created for each item. - Orders placed using store credits can not be returned or exchanged.
Objects Returns/Exchanges
- At this time, all Calling objects sales are final and not eligible for returns/exchanges.
- We accept returns and provide exchanges only in case of damages in transit or incorrectly fulfilled orders. In the event that you have received a damaged/incorrect product, please notify us at team@calling.website within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Return/Exchange Process For Damaged/Incorrect Items
- For damaged /defective /incorrect orders, please email us at team@calling.website with your order details along with images within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- After placing the request, please pack the product in its original packaging along with the tags, boxes, and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will organise a reverse pick-up from the address stated in your order.
- Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within the standard shipping timelines.
- In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a store credit will be issued for the full amount of the damaged product within 10 working days.
