Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping across India.

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. You will receive an email with the tracking ID as soon as your order is dispatched, allowing you to track it on the website of the courier company. Please note, an OTP will be required at the time of delivery.

Within Mumbai, we provide same-day delivery at an additional cost. Get in touch with us before placing your order.

 

International Shipping - Outside India

For deliveries outside India, the payments must be made in the equivalent respective foreign currency.

Once you feed in your complete shipping address at checkout, you will be able to see an auto-generated shipping fee.

Any kind of custom charges are to be borne by the recipient and we are not responsible for any kind of government charges or duties if applicable in your country upon delivery. VAT, GST or any other country duties/taxes/fees are not prepaid for international orders or included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and may be levied upon delivery. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

International orders are not eligible for exchanges/returns.


Delivery

Within India, we ship through a registered courier company. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.

Please ensure someone is present at the given address to receive your order and provide a mobile number that you are available at with your complete shipping address that includes your pin code. This will help us deliver your order smoothly.

We are not liable for any unexpected delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities. In a situation like this, please contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.

For any failed attempts of delivery pertaining to an incorrect address, contact details, multiple failed attempts to reach you, or refusal of delivery by the recipient - Calling does not take responsibility for any charges pertaining to the return shipment of your order.

If your order is returned to us and is to be sent to you again, you will have to bear the shipping charges for both - 

  1. The cost of the package being returned to us (return shipping), and

  2. The cost of shipping it to you again (re-delivery shipping).
